The final chapter of the Jackass: Best and Last is leaning hard into both nostalgia and next-level absurdity, and one stunt is already standing out as peak Jackass: Steve-O getting a prostate exam from a humanoid robot.
Yes, really.
In a newly revealed scene from the upcoming film by Entertainment Weekly, the long-running stunt crew introduces a new “cast member,” a humanoid robot named Larry. Instead of easing into its debut, the robot is immediately thrown into one of the most uncomfortable scenarios imaginable, performing a prostate exam on Steve-O as part of a stunt conceived by the RoboStore.
According to details from the first look, this wasn’t just a throwaway gag. The robot had actually been trained to carry out the procedure, though not in any way that could be described as refined. The machine uses a rigid, multi-fingered hand that’s described as large, square, and far from delicate, turning what is already a notoriously awkward medical exam into something far more chaotic.
True to the franchise’s style, things escalate further. The choice of lubricant reportedly came from Johnny Knoxville, who suggested crunchy peanut buttter, pushing the stunt firmly into the kind of outrageous territory that has defined Jackass.
The stunt is part of what is being billed as the final outing for the Jackass crew, a franchise that began on MTV in 2000 and evolved into a series of films built on pushing physical limits and audience tolerance. The upcoming movie, set for release on June 26, 2026, mixes new stunts with a sense of closure, with cast members acknowledging that this is likely the end of an era.
